REFUND POLICY (please read):

Due to the popularity and space limitations of this event, your tuition is 50% refundable up until November 30th.  Please register only if you're confident you can attend. You may cancel on or before Nov 30th and receive 50% of your tuition back. After Dec 1st, there is a strict no refund policy. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend. Thank you for being a part of this beautiful and intimate 1-day retreat experience!

For those traveling in from out-of-town, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance that would reimburse you in full for the trip if you are unable to attend for any reason. In the extremely unlikely event (such as natural disaster or medical emergency) that the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your tuition. However we cannot refund travel expenses. ​​

VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT, WAIVER & RELEASE:
Parts of this retreat may be audio/video-taped/photographed. By registering for this retreat, you consent to being audio/video taped/photographed, waive all rights or claims to any future royalties, and permit The School of Dan Tian Wellness LLC & Dr. Edith Ubuntu Chan to use the material for any future educational/marketing purposes.
