REFUND POLICY:
Due to the popularity and space limitations of this retreat, your initial $600 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check with your inner guidance to make sure you are confident you will be able to attend. You may cancel up to May 18th (45 days prior to retreat), and receive a full refund MINUS the $600 deposit. After May 18th, there is a strict no refund policy. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend up until 15 days before the retreat. Thank you for being a part of this powerful and intimate retreat experience!

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that would reimburse you in full for the trip if you are unable to attend for any reason. In the extremely unlikely event (such as natural disaster or medical emergency) that the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your tuition. However we cannot refund travel expenses.

VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT, WAIVER & RELEASE:
Parts of this retreat may be audio/video-taped/photographed. By registering for this retreat, you consent to being audio/video taped/photographed, waive all rights or claims to any future royalties, and permit The School of Dan Tian Wellness LLC & Dr. Edith Ubuntu Chan to use the material for any future educational/marketing purposes.
